We have used Josh on 3 Occassions. Firstly for a difficult job that other plumbers were hesitant to undertake.  On our most recent occasion I was overseas and had a burst pipe at home the front yard was flooding. I was 17500 miles away. Josh attended immediately, investigated and isolated the issue. Josh sent clear pictures to me remotely, showing the works, digging and restoration of the site. 

My mother in-law was looking after our place and was stressing so Josh took away all of our stresses. His Communication was first rate and simple. My summary would be you forget what people say and do but you don’t forget how people make you feel. Josh made me feel like I was at home sorting this issue yet I was on the other side of the world!

Very glad we were able to have Josh come out to quote and take the job, considering it was all under the house, it was raining but the boys still rocked up to get the job done. Very professional in his work, well mannered and job well done.  Made sure everything was working smoothly before he left. Would highly recommend him, he is trustworthy and honest and most of all a good person.  Josh will be our plumber from now on, we are actually calling him back once our bathroom reno kicks in.
